When you hire us as your registered agent yearly, not only will we accept service of process on your behalf, but we notify you of your renewal dates with the California Secretary of State and you may contact us with questions concerning your corporation during that year at NO additional charge. You are also entitled to an annual corporate checkup with ‘The Corp Doctor®’ program. |

Annual Meetings
All corporations and some LLC's are required by law to hold at least ONE annual meeting each year. Elections of officers and directors/managers must be held at these yearly meetings as well as recording resolutions pertaining to corporate expenditures and any other decisions made by the officers, directors/managers and shareholders/members during the past year. All information must be memorialized in "Minutes" form and placed into the corporation's/LLC's Record Book.

State Renewals
As a client of our registered agent service, we will notify you when it is time to renew your corporation with the California Secretary of State. Upon receipt of your renewal fees, we will prepare and file the forms on your behalf and send you back an endorsed copy for your records. The Franchise Tax Board can and will assess a $250 fine for late or non-filing of this renewal document, therefore it is imperative to file these forms in a timely manner. |
The Corp Doctor®
The feature component of our compliance services is a program we developed entited "The Corp Doctor® " program. Through this program we meet with existing corporations or LLC's and review all of their existing documentation (Articles, Bylaws, Organizational Minutes, etc.). Afterwards we fill out a prescription detailing the company's missing or incomplete information and how these inadequacies can be resolved.
We believe in educating our clients as to their corporate responsibilities. After they meet with us, they know exactly how compliant they are. Ignorance is not Bliss in the corporate world!
