When you hire us as your registered agent yearly, not only will we accept service of process on your behalf, but we notify you of your renewal dates with the California Secretary of State and you may contact us with questions concerning your corporation during that year at NO additional charge. You are also entitled to an annual corporate checkup with ‘The Corp Doctor®’ program.
