State Renewals
As a client of our registered agent service, we will notify you when it is time to renew your corporation with the California Secretary of State. Upon receipt of your renewal fees, we will prepare and file the forms on your behalf and send you back an endorsed copy for your records. The Franchise Tax Board can and will assess a $250 fine for late or non-filing of this renewal document, therefore it is imperative to file these forms in a timely manner.
