Our complete package includes: Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Organizational Minutes, Federal EIN, Stock Transfer Ledger, Stock Certificates, Dry Seal and Corporate Records Book. We NEVER use "fill-in-the-blank" forms. (Other miscellaneous government forms may also be included depending on the State or clients circumstances.)
